Having worked at top city firm Charles Russell LLP (now Charles Russell Speechlys LLP) for nearly 10 years, I have considerable experience in advising a variety of clients on the full range of employment-related issues.

A relocation from London prompted me to try a different approach.  Oliver Employment Solutions was formed in November 2014 and has gone from strength to strength.  Through the company, I am able to offer the benefit of my experience as a qualified solicitor in a more flexible manner both for clients and myself, not to mention at competitive prices.

My focus is working with clients to develop a solution to their HR issues within the context of their unique corporate setting.  My training and experience ensures that my advice is always applied with the current legal framework at the forefront of my mind, whilst the flexibility of my role enables me to deliver "out-of-the-box" solutions.
